This is an interesting and delightful book. Rufus heads out to buy toothpaste and is shocked by the price. Sure that he can make it for less money, he starts fiddling with recipes. Then he goes into business with the help of his friend Kate. Their adventures make for an entertaining story.

We listened to the audio book from Recorded Books. Lovely narration. My 5 and 8 yo children both enjoyed the book. I think that this book would be most interesting to children between 7 and 13 years of age.
