Cut potatoes into small bite size pieces and put into a large bowl (you need lots of room).
Finely chop the onion, basil, fennel, and rosemary and put it into the bowl.
Add the garlic, salt, and pepper to taste.
Sprinkle in about 2 TBS of tamari (or soy sauce, or Braggs).
Mix all this up with a large spoon or your very clean hands.
Sprinkle in the sesame oil.
Again, mix this all up with a large spoon or your very clean hands.
Spread the potato mix on a cookie sheet.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 400 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.
Eat. You'll probably discover you did not make enough.
