Developing leadership skills that expand multiple opportunities
including, social, educational, employment and
career enhancement tools and choices.
· Developing natural social support resource, friendship
and community linkage between ESAAY, their families
and across community at large
· Facilitates developing/building/fulfilling community resources
& needs. Also, (increasing interconnectedness that
can decrease our minority youth to choose leaving their
community and families.)
· Developing a natural community-based recruitment and retention
strategy for linkage between high-school to higher education
through coordination and working together with our local
and regional higher education.
· More choices...more opportunity....more skills...more community
