The Chad Nelson & Dennis Davis fight for the FCFF
title on 4/19/03 was one of the most exciting matches I've seen.
Bombs were thrown, a takedown slam by both fighters,
a guillotine choke by Dennis, a triangle choke by
Chad, but late in the 1st round they were both
standing. Dennis caught Chad with a bomb, then
followed up with a second right that prompted
Anthony Hamlett to step in. It was sad to see
that one of them had to lose...

a year go and had a spectacular fight until he
dislocated his knee again. Stay tuned
for further news on his recovery.

Anthony Hamlett (Former Hook & Shoot 145lbs Champ) has organized a fighting
promotion to assist Josh's family through this financial hardship. "Fighting
against Cancer" will be held February 15th at the Boys and Girls Center in
Portland Oregon at (5250 NE MLK Jr Blvd). Fights will start at 7 pm sharp.
10% of the proceeds will go to the Boys and Girls Club, all the rest will go
to the Haynes family.
