Page 30 to 37 of "Answers and Extras" give lots of quilting ideas. Here is an machine quilting design from page 31. With each full size diagram, I  give smaller diagrams showing how it would look repeated 2, 3, or 4 times.

Here are some other designs I give, all sized to fit on 5" blocks used in Super Sixteen.

Page 37 of "Answers & Extras" contains a diagram for marking borders with gentle curves that fit the 5" blocks. Trace it on template plastic and trim the curved edges off. Draw the borders, reversing and repositioning the template as needed. (Since pages are only 8-1/2" x 11", the template won't fit half the quilt. It's easy to draw a couple of inches freehand to fill gaps.)
