The class in Crescent City, California October 14, 2003, will make a design with hydrangeas.

I suggest you use batik fabrics with streaks and blobs of different colors that suggest flowers or leaves.

You will use only one fat quarter, but bring a couple more to have a choice about which one to use. You will go home with a design with five fabrics. No two designs will be the same.

The design will be about 14" x 17". You can make it larger by adding more borders later.
